EmptyStandByList

Download this File. Save it in a preferred location in your Computer. Unzip the folder. Right Click the unzipped EmptyStandbyList.exe file and go to Properties. Then select Compatibility. Tick ‘Run this program as an administrator’ and click Apply to save its setting.  Continue with the set up Instructions in the page that you were following.
